This video helped position my agency’s response to a potentially ambiguous, “rival” offering. I pitched an 8-bit look and feel, wrote the script, and worked with an animator to bring it to life. Check the rest of the series here.

In-App Content & Promotions

Working on CWT To Go (now “myCWT”) boiled down to boosting customer acquisition. Over 18 months, I helped to grow its user base by 800,000 travellers (from 200,000 > 1 million). Content strategy included working with designers to improve UX writing, and delivering both international email campaigns and in-app promotions.
