Working on CWT To Go (now “myCWT”) boiled down to boosting customer acquisition. Over 18 months, I helped to grow its user base by 800,000 travellers (from 200,000 > 1 million). Content strategy included working with designers to improve UX writing, and delivering both international email campaigns and in-app promotions.

Many of the new business leads my marketing output generated came via good old fashioned webinars like this one. I am usually the first contact with 3rd party hosts. I set up the recording and have final say over any marketing promotion’s look, feel and tone of voice.
